Legal & Transparency

Terms & Policies

Clear, transparent, and fair guidelines for our mutual success.

1

Service Agreement

By placing an order or proceeding with an invoice, you agree to these Terms & Policies. This agreement becomes active once payment is made.

2

Scope of Work

All work will be completed based on the instructions agreed before payment. Any extra work or changes outside the original scope will be charged separately.

3

Payments

Prior to placing a final order, our experts will provide a free test draft of up to 500 words for the Customer’s review. This allows the Customer to evaluate the quality of our work before making any payment.
The Customer may review the draft and decide whether to proceed with the full order. This is a highly competitive opportunity that very few service providers offer.
If satisfied, the Customer must pay a non‑refundable deposit of 50% to confirm the order. This deposit is non‑refundable because resources and time are allocated after confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
The project will be delivered in two stages:
  • Draft delivery (up to 50% completion)
  • Final delivery upon receipt of full payment
4

Refund Policy

In accordance with these Terms, Elite Editors provides Customers with the opportunity to review a test draft before confirming a full order. Based on this provision, refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

4.1 Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if the Customer decides not to proceed with the project after payment has been made (e.g., loss of interest or decision not to continue). As resources are allocated upon order confirmation, the deposit remains non‑refundable.
4.2 Lack of Supporting Evidence
Refund requests must be supported by valid evidence. If a Customer is unable to provide reasonable proof for claims such as incomplete service, missed deadlines, or unsatisfactory quality, the refund request may be declined.
4.3 Eligibility for Partial or Full Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

4.3.1 Fulfillment of Requirements
If the delivered work does not align with the agreed scope of services.
The Customer must notify the company via email or chat (written communication), clearly outlining the unmet requirements.
The company will review the claim and may issue a partial or full refund based on the extent of work completed and the unmet requirements.
4.3.2 Missed Deadlines Without Notice
A partial or full refund may be issued if the company fails to meet the agreed deadline without prior notice or agreement.
The refund amount will depend on the work completed and mutual agreement with the Customer.
4.4 Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If the company has provided prior notice of delays and requested additional time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • If the delay or issue is caused by the Customer’s failure to provide required materials, information, or timely responses.
  • If the Customer approves drafts, milestones, or final deliverables and later requests a refund.
  • If revisions have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, but the Customer remains dissatisfied without valid justification.
  • If the service has been substantially completed or delivered as per the agreed requirements.
  • If the Customer requests changes that fall outside the originally agreed scope of work.
  • If the project is delayed or affected due to third‑party factors (e.g., journal decisions, platform issues, or external approvals) beyond the company’s control.
  • If the Customer becomes unresponsive for a reasonable period during the project timeline, causing delays or project disruption.
  • If the order was placed under a promotional offer, discount, or special pricing where refund limitations were clearly stated.
  • If minor errors remain that do not materially affect the overall quality or usability of the deliverable.
  • If the Customer has already used, published, or submitted the delivered work.
  • If a refund request is made after a reasonable period following delivery (e.g., after acceptance or project closure).
  • If the Customer provides unclear, incomplete, or changing instructions that affect the final outcome.
  • If delays occur due to repeated revision requests beyond the agreed scope.
5

Revisions Policy

Revisions are provided based on the free revision limit mentioned in the order confirmation email.
Revisions only apply to the original instructions.
Requests for new work or major changes will be treated as a new order and may be charged.
Revision requests take 3 to 5 days to process.
If a revision is requested before this timeframe, rush charges may apply.
6

Delivery Timeline

Delivery time is agreed before starting the work.
Delays caused by the client, such as late replies or missing details, may affect delivery time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
7

Client Responsibilities

The client must:

Provide clear and complete instructions
Share all necessary materials on time
Respond quickly when required
8

Quality Assurance

We always try our best to fulfil all requirements as agreed and satisfy our customers.
If the customer is not satisfied, we offer revisions within the allowed limit.
If the issue still remains, we may offer a partial refund or compensation, such as discount vouchers or word count credit.
Even after fulfilling all agreed requirements, if the customer still requests a refund, we may review the case.
After analysis, a partial refund (certain percentage) may be issued based on the amount of work completed and effort involved.
9
